Pool & the open living room
A private pool wrapped in palms, opening straight onto a double-height living and dining space. Rattan, pale stone and warm timber set the tone.
Built in the jungle, made for living.
A collection of contemporary villas in La Privada, Aldea Zama — where Riviera Maya luxury meets the tropical forest. Nine homes built; here are the most recent.
Tulum has become one of the most sought-after destinations in the Americas — a rare meeting of Caribbean coastline, cenotes and dense jungle, with a design culture all its own.
Our homes sit within La Privada, a gated enclave of Aldea Zama, minutes from the beach road and the town centre. Each villa is conceived for indoor–outdoor living: private pools, rooftop terraces, natural stone and timber, framed by the forest.
All nine Solaria villas in Tulum measure between 350 and 400 m², with four to five bedrooms, set on plots of roughly 500 to 800 m².

A selection from the nine homes completed in Aldea Zama. Full photo sets and video tours are being added as they arrive.

A sunset rooftop with a slatted pergola, outdoor kitchen and lounge — the social heart of the home, above the canopy.

Seen from above: a villa folded into the forest, with terraces and pools on more than one level — total privacy under the trees.

A pool set on the terrace, looking out over an unbroken sea of green — the Tulum jungle as the only neighbour.
More to come. The complete photo sets, floor plans and video tours for the Tulum collection are being added as we receive them.
